Job Description:/h3:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with solid experience managing Federal construction projects. This position will be currently based at our office in Baltimore, with future project opportunities managing projects in OCONUS locations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Oversee the construction project from start to finish.
* Perform a key role in project planning, technical direction, and execution of project on schedule and within budget.
* Coordinate with owner and subcontractors in all matters of contract management and project performance..
* Manage project progress monitoring (time and cost) and establish timely controls to offset any negative variances to the project plan.
* Direct, motivate, manage onsite project personnel in performance of their tasks towards the planned project goals.
* Co:ordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, sub:contractors and own forces.
* Conduct all project management functions in accordance with the contract documents and needed for successful completion of the project .
Position Qualifications:
* Must have a minimum of ten(10) years of construction management experience as project manager, engineer, or project superintendent.
* Must have preferably a four:year college degree in
Architecture/Engineering/Construction or related field.
* A demonstrated knowledge of building systems. (Architectural, MEP, etc)
* Highly professional verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly motivated with great organizational, team, and customer service skills.
* Possess or must be eligible for federal government security clearance
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
**The Candidate must be a U.S. CITIZEN, and preferably have an ACTIVE SECRET or TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE,
