In this role, responsibilities include:Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.)Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination Procurement of construction materialsQuality Control / Quality Assurance checksCoordination of subcontractorsSurvey and project layoutWeekly pictures for progress reportsManage construction equipmentSafety managementProject estimatingWe are seeking professionals with the following qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experienceDegree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferredExperience with construction software is preferredStrong leadership skillsExcellent oral and written communicationAbility to prioritize and manage timeStrong follow upAbility to establish relationshipsSelf:motivatedCritical thinking and decision making skills An Equal Opportunity Employer, Disability/Veteran
