Job Description The Sales Manager will serve as the'face' of iFLY and work with our guests to design the perfect combination of flight experience, meeting space, and hospitality for corporate and social events. To hit the ground running you'll need networking skills, strong relationships in the community, great multi-tasking abilities, and the drive to succeed. Duties and Responsibilities: Meeting and/or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals Performing revenue forecasts and win/loss reports illustrating your sales departmentA cents € (TM) s overall performance against quotas Creating sales campaigns focused on communicating and nurturing relationships with guests and driving repeat sales Analyzing the market and devising strategies for generating new business Working closely with the Corporate Director of Local Sales and Corporate Marketing Team Providing leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on strategic goals Achieving proactive and reactive selling quotas, standards, and benchmarks that are aligned to the operational budget Developing, or participating with Senior Staff in the development of the Strategic Marketing Plan You will soar at iFLY if you: Love working in a fast-paced environment Are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills Are eager to learn and love developing existing and new sales skills Love hosting and attending networking events Are responsive to customers and leads with a same day response Haven't met a goal you can't beat Qualifications 5+ yearsA cents € (TM) sales experience with at least 2 years' experience in either special events, hotel/hospitality, retail, leisure, or sports tickets sales required Strong computer skills, particularly with PowerPoint, Excel, and Word required Ability to excel and handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of Salesforce.com, CRM, or other similar platforms for managing sales pipeline and reporting is helpful Knowledge of local area business and existing client database BachelorA cents € (TM) s Degree either in Business Administration or Marketing preferred or relevant work experience in marketing, sales or business Additional information At iFLY, we provide a fair and equal employment opportunity for all team members and candidates regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, or disability. iFLY hires and promotes individuals solely on the basis of their qualifications for the position to be filled.
