Job DescriptionThis position is titled as a Project Coordinator/Salesman, for good reason. You are officially selling our services to the homeowner's we target through multiple marketing strategies. However, you will be selling insurance jobs for damages sustained to a home; meaning that the entire sale itself is technically "free" to our clients, with no out of pocket expense up front. Homeowners have already paid their insurance premiums yearly. We are paid directly from insurance proceeds to perform a restoration of these homes.Your job is to properly secure, maintain, coordinate, and manage the entire project from start to finish. This includes constant follow up, documentation, and following a step by step process to guide each homeowner to a successful remodel that takes their home back to the same or better condition it was prior to filing an insurance claim. All through the utilization of our CRM systems, policies, and procedures that outline each step within the remediation process; guiding both the representative and the homeowner whom we serve. Follow up, constant contact, being on time and presentable, as well as displaying all materials provided to you by the company are key to being successful in this career. Premier has worked hard over the years to develop a step-by-step restoration plan with multiple software programs designed specifically for the organization and tracking of each individual job sold and all prospective clientele. So, while you are selling an actual remodel of a home due to damages sustained by storms, wind, or water; your primary objective is to facilitate and ensure the jobs progression as a whole from one stage to the next.Insurance remediation can be a nightmare for homeowners to deal with. Which is where we play our part as the actual contractor who completes the work, but whom also represents each client and walks them through the insurance restoration process step by step until the home has been restored back to pre-claim conditions.Positions are also available for any representatives in our retail division, utilizing our financing options available or direct funds from the homeowner to complete their exterior remodel. This position is only available for this with experience only. Those with experience selling within the remodeling industry and who wish to sell directly to prospective clients looking for their home to be remodeled; is a part of our Retail division, in which several positions are also available. We are a full service remodeling company with 3 divisions: Insurance, Retail, Corporate. Each representative within each of our divisions share the same goal; to sell as many (primarily exterior) remodeling contracts as possible. Commission is based upon a percentage of overall profit from each individual job sold. First year representatives can expect their first 3 months to have a learning curve that once conquered will see the average individual generate a minimum of $100,000 per year compensation. This is only the average. Representatives who work harder, longer hours, and generate more overall profits, can always expect to exceed the average. Just as representatives who only fulfill the minimum sales quotas and are on par can expect to only hit the average commission rate per year. Premier and company only wish to employ those who are willing to put in the extra time and effort to build a career, not a job.The payoff is tremendous in this line of work, and for good reason. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT THE WORK TO BE LESS THAN WHAT THE PAYOFF AMOUNTS TO, or you will be searching for a new career rather quickly. You get what you put in to this job. You must be prepared to inspect roofs, siding, windows, gutters, soft metals, and the overall exterior of a home. No physical labor is required other than being able to climb a ladder and walk certain roofs when neccessary to inspect for damages. The information, tools, and process' that the company provides you with are ones that can crossover into multiple fields. As a project coordinator you are not only a sales rep, but a home inspector, an adjuster, an estimator, a contractor, a supervisor, a collections agent, and above all else a salesman; working for Premier Remodeling! This is a career, not a job. It is a line of work that requires an individual to wear multiple hats and learn multiple trades over the years to increase knowledge and understanding of the overall field of insurance restoration and remodeling. This will carry over in to your daily activities and sales acquired. Helping you generate more overall sales with higher profit margins; equating to higher overall compensation per job completed.
