In this rewarding and lucrative role, you will reach out to repair shop owners in an effort to sell them our 1-day business management training workshop/seminar. The Inside Sales Representative will develop pre-generated leads from initial contact to sale -- striving to build a relationship and create rapport with potential clients throughout the process.This position requires a consistent and enthusiastic individual who is goal-oriented and commission-motivated. You will strive for an one-call sale, but may reach out 3-4 times before closing.Additional Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Representative include:Building rapport with potential clients within 30 secondsAsking open-ended, inquisitive questions to ascertain needsTailoring your presentation to each individual clientSetting appointments for follow-up callsClosing salesManaging leads and territories efficiently90 outbound dials a day, daily leads provideAs an Inside Sales Representative for the Automotive Training Institute, you must display a positive, friendly attitude and a willingness to learn.
