Job Description:/h3:
Position Title: Office Clerk (tax credit)
Location: Baltimore, MD
Hours: 8:00am:5:00pm
Hourly Rate: 12.50/hr
An apartment complex in Baltimore is looking for a Recertification/ tax credit specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience with low income housing and be able to start immediately
Position Summary:
:Interview tenants and assist with completing HUD, affordable housing or tax credit forms
:Maintain Resident files for Tax Credit, 236 and Section 8 according to HUD Rules and standards
:Insure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels, etc
:Print and process all annual Recertification notices
:Maintain Positive resident relations
Qualifications Summary:
:2+ years
administrative/clerical experience required
:Must have HUD, tax credit and re:certification experience
:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
:Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, OutlookCompany Description:/h3:
