Secure properties by installing and maintaining security devices; establishing and enforcing precautionary policies and procedures; responding to emergencies. Enforce occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Visit and show several sites and explain features of building. Discuss costs of maintaining building and possible renovations with client. Property Manager Benefits; Company will provide annual salary compensation equal to $48,000 per year for property management activities. Company will provide a year one bonus of up to an additional $5,000 for meeting company goals and objectives.
