Job Description:/h3:
We currently have a great opportunity for an administrative position. Duties will include, but are not limited to: fielding leasing calls, creating leases, maintaining a database of forms, processing new tenants into our software system, maintaining departmental spreadsheets, marketing for our various properties, and general clerical and office duties.
Applicant must possess the following skills:
:Strong written and oral communication
:Managing complex matters
:Time management
:Superior follow up skills
:Attention to detail
:Intermediate to advanced computer skills
:Knowledge and understanding of property management is helpful, but not a requirement.
Salary is dependent on experience.
