We are growing and have an immediate opportunity for a Community Manager in our Gwynn Oak, MD location which is an unincorporated community in the western part of Baltimore County, Maryland, United States. You will manage the day-to-day operation of this apartment community and build a strong team while adhering to common goals and objectives. You will oversee budgeting, risk management, financial reporting and tracking, marketing, human resources and successfully execute the property's financial plan and operating budget. You will be the leader in creating customer service programs for external and internal customers, including developing a work environment that ensures customer service activities and enhancing its value to the organization. You will set renewals, market rent increases, and rent levels to maximize lease rent potential and occupancy based on market surveys and analysis. You will actively participate in asset management performance decisions and the scheduling of capital expenditures and set property goals according to the needs of occupancy and rent collections. In this role, you will need to maintain desired financial benchmarks for assets within the portfolio as defined by the Vice President of Real Estate Operations including occupancy level, income level, delinquency percentage, and cash flow. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for continuous learning that may include participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations. Two to five years related experience required. Bilingual candidates in Spanish & English.
