Job Description:/h3:
We are looking for outgoing individuals with great communication skills to join our team as customer service associates. The position duties are primarily composed of sales, dealing with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations and troubleshooting.
Primary responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative role include:

:Customer Service Representatives resolve customer complaints. This can be via phone, email, face:to:face or social media.
:Customer Service Representatives use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
:Customer Service Representatives greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
:Customer Service Representatives will help to upgrade accounts.
:Customer Service Representative assist with placing customer orders, refunds, or exchanges.
:Customer Service Representative take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
:Customer Service Representative answer customer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
:Customer Service Representative suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
:Customer Service Representative handle product recalls.
:Customer Service Representative attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
:Customer Service Representative inform customer of deals and promotions.
:Customer Service Representative utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
:Customer Service Representative work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
:Customer Service Representative close out or open call records.
:Customer Service Representative report to management on overall customer satisfaction.
