Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Lead. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's team in Baltimore, Maryland, an organization focused on development and production of state-of-the-art RF sensor systems solutions.
The selected candidate will be responsible for a program team of approximately 10 to 15 highly skilled systems engineers whose responsibilities include requirements development and flow down, system architecture, SW/HW/FW development oversight, integration and test planning and execution, system verification, and sustainment.
The SEIT Lead will:
  • own and manage the overall technical baseline of the assigned program(s)
  • be accountable for budget and schedule for the systems engineering content of the assigned program(s)
  • communicate with and serve as the program systems engineering team liaison to program management, customers, and functional management
  • drive systems engineering process application across the assigned program(s)
  • manage risks and opportunities for all systems engineering scope

  • Cost Engineering
Strong communication and people leadership skills paired with RF domain expertise are a must for this position.
