14 West, an Agora company, is looking for a detail:obsessed, highly organized, polished, and personable individual to join its Talent Acquisition team. The 14 West Talent Team supports more than 20 media companies of The Agora in finding and attracting talent in digital marketing, copy, editorial, and technology to some of the top workplaces in the city, according to The Baltimore Sun. In this role, youll support 3 Talent Acquisition professionals who juggle a large list of open jobs, attend a variety of networking events, consult and train managers on best practices, and create and build relationships with some of the most sought out talent and thought leaders in the industry: all while having fun.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, a poised demeanor, as well as experience handling multiple projects at once. :Manage, track, and report on all activities of the Talent Acquisition Team
:Responsible for the posting and tracking of all open positions on both internal and external sources, including our Applicant Tracking System, external job boards, and internal company announcements
:Source candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and conduct reference checks, as needed
:Assist with various recruitment events, including networking events and career fairs
:Be a key player in the development and growth of our internship program efforts
:Research potential events, groups, websites and sources that will lead us to the best talent
:Be proactive and assist the team with a wide variety of administrative tasks to allow them to maximize their time with candidates and managers
:Assist in the development of interview guides, onboarding and training documents, and other materials, as needed
:Responsible for regular maintenance and updates to our social media sites, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
:Responsible for monthly advertising coding process
:Assist with other duties as assigned
:Bachelors degree or proven track record of thriving in fast paced and changing environments
:Desire to join a fun team thats passionate, dedicated and likely obsessed with being the best
:A consistently positive outlook
:Able to handle and respect confidential material with absolute discretion
:Self:motivated and able to perform in a work environment that encourages independence, but also a team player who gets fulfillment from making other peoples jobs/lives easier
:Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
:Meticulous when it comes to detail and organization
:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
:Ability to consistently follow outlined procedures, as well as develop new and improved processes
