You will be primarily responsible for leading a budget and team of sales reps to increase revenue and profit growth of US Water Services programs, services and products in targeted accounts within your assigned region. You will be required to take a consultative sales approach with a strong emphasis on converting strategic competitive accounts to US Water. Territory/Location Information: This position is based out of a home office and will cover our Mid:Atlantic region Manage sales and service time to achieve optimal resultsLead and manage a team of sales reps for region which includes but is not limited to: sharing knowledge, setting objectives and goals, review sales rep sales and service activity vs. sales dollars generated for region, verify reps completing call, service reports, business and contract reviews, verify sales reps managing contract agreements, completing and submitting necessary forms, develop and implement training programs that will improve sales rep success ratePrepare and execute monthly sales meetingsEnhance sales rep performance by expanding customer base and increasing market shareManage and service key accounts to maintain account territoryComplete call reports, service reports and business reviews as required for personal accountsComplete and update contract agreements and work sheets, submit to CSRA?s and accounting as requiredTrack customer satisfaction for region accounts, determine improvement opportunities to increase level of customer satisfactionWork with marketing and R and D to develop new products to meet customer needs and determine new market opportunitiesTrack sales rep training completion and assist as necessary to improve knowledge and abilitiesActive participation in trade associationsPromote U.S. WATER vision and mission throughout the water treatment industryActively maintain relationships with key corporate and individual accountsEntertain key customer contacts and personnel to solidify and improve business relationshipTechnical Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience5:10 years of successful technical sales or outside sales experience with proven sales success with previous positions that show consistent growth in quantity, total dollar value, increased profit margin and number of accounts soldManagement experience to be able to successfully manage and train sales reps to increase region valuePrefer water treatment or specialty chemical industry experiencePrefer working knowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systemsProfessional history of meeting goals and overcoming obstacles Prior experience that required excellent communication skillsPrior experience that required excellent organizational skillsPrior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethicMust have a valid Drivers License and acceptable Motor Vehicle RecordNo immigration sponsorship offered for this roleThe qualified candidate will be subjected to pre:employment background check and drug screenAbout U.S. Water:U.S. Water is more than just a product supplier we are an integrated industrial water management company based in St. Michael, Minn., serving a quickly growing and diverse mix of customers in industries such as biofuels, power generation, midstream oil and gas, and healthcare.
