Northrop Grumman is seeking a candidate with outstanding leadership to manage a motivated group of engineers within the Hardware Subsystem Engineering organization. Emphasis is placed on LEADERSHIP with a focus on strategic vision and growth of the organization to meet both current and future needs.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a motivated leader, and a valuable resource in the design, development and installed performance of antenna subsystems and associated hardware. This should include demonstrated experience/knowledge in the following areas: active electronically scanned arrays (AESAs), highly integrated antenna subsystems, antenna/RF/radome performance modeling/analysis, computational electromagnetics, installed array performance modeling (including cosite analysis), and range testing. The successful candidate will be expected to balance the duties of a functional manager with supporting programs.
Organizational leadership responsibilities include personnel management of engineers, workload forecast, time charge approvals for all direct reports, support for strategic initiatives and roadmaps, and support for career development for highly skilled professional department members.
Program responsibilities include, ensuring technical excellence and affordability of designs, conducting design reviews, and advising and performing technical tasks related to the areas detailed above.
