Job Description
This HR Assistant position will mainly be focused on the company benefits. Supply employees with the benefits package and being able to answer any questions. With time, the candidate will be trained to provide all new hires with a benefits information.
Keys to sucess: Organization is the most important, ability to manage their calendar, willingness to learn, being a team player, motivation to get the job done. Experience with United Health Care's system is a plus.
