We are looking for an organized, reliable, friendly person with computer experience and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to handle physical workload. This position also involves helping with phones and emails, and customer service experience is preferred,
friendly, articulate and hard working.
Duties:
:Answering and making phone calls
:Managing front desk
:Checking in and out customers
:Scheduling appointments
:Basic data entry
:Office organization
:Run errands as needed
Qualifications
:High School Diploma
:Able to multi:task
:Able to work in fast paced environment
:Does not get overwhelmed easily
:Able to work in a high stress environment
:Clean background
