CSRA is currently searching for a Senior Earned Value Management Analyst The Senior Earned Value Management Analyst will be responsible for creating and implementing complex project definitions, budgets, staffing plans, schedules, and objectives for a large sized program. Additionally, the Senior Earned Value Management Analyst will be responsible for the analysis and reporting of performance measurement baselines in an Earned Value Management Environment and support forecasting, proposals, and pricing efforts as required.The ideal candidate for this position will possess deep expertise in Earned Value Management and Scheduling and maintain accountability for the following:Work is being performed in accordance with the SOW.The EVM System Description Document is being followed, thus ensuring compliance with the current EIA 748 standard.The CPR Deliverables are of acceptable quality and are submitted on time. Additional responsibilities will include:Preparation and control of the Performance Measurement Baseline.Preparation of the monthly CPRs and other cost and schedule metrics as requested by the client.Implementation and documentation of baseline changes.Creation and maintenance of internal process documentation and procedures.The ideal candidate will:Possess an advanced level of understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version) and Scheduling.Have experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Basis of Estimate (BOE), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and Work Authorization Document (WAD).Experience in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR).Be an expert level user of Excel, Deltek Cobra, and wInsight.Be an intermediate level user of Microsoft Project 2010.Be a certified AACEI Earned Value Professional (EVP) (a plus).Be a certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) (a plus).
