Kelly & Associates Insurance Group located in Sparks, MD is seeking an instructor experienced individual to independently lead and multi task in a fast paced environment to support the Administrative Services division of KELLY (KAS). As the KAS Division Trainer, this individual will take a lead role in related content and curriculum development, with value added learning solutions. This role maintains and enhances a training program with written procedures for new and current employees throughout the division, which includes Customer Service, Enrollment, Integration, Installation and other specialized KAS functions. This opportunity requires interaction with various levels within the organization, including operations staff up to senior management. To be successful in this role, the ability to multi task and adapt in a fast paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and attention to detail while being the subject matter expert is required.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field (instructional design, English, Education).
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience developing, designing, and delivering training programs and initiatives.
- Experience in the full Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Visio.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience in benefit administration and/or healthcare operations or related disciplines including but not limited to call center operations, benefits administration, enrollment, installation, reconciliation, etc.

* Requires life and health license within 6 months of job start.
