: Supervising student athletes; assisting with administrative duties, developing and organizing university programs and events; advising, monitoring and tracking students' eligibility and academic progress (based on University, MEAC Conference and NCAA regulations); providing academic guidance; traveling with assigned teams; communicating with students, staff, faculty and university departments; coordinating the student book loan program; conducting pre-registration and priority registration for teams and performing other duties as required.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or university and at least one year of experience working in an NCAA Division One athletic college program.Preferred Qualifications: Previous/ former college athlete experience.Requirements: Knowledge of NCAA, MEAC University rules and regulations; ability to provide guidance and direction to student-athletes; the ability to travel overnight to sporting events and the ability to effectively communicate on all levels.To Apply: Email a cover letter to, indicating Job # FY17 2017- C416 in the subject line and attach the following items; a resume, a completed Morgan State University Employment Application, (which should include salary requirements and references).
