Job Description:/h3:
Assistant Duties Include
* Research current trends, craft new product ideas, ensure that projects get finished in time for seasonal sales.
* Supports sales and marketing efforts by keeping track of the purchase:order process, plan inventory and track sales, resolve problems as well as interact with vendors.
* Be knowledgeable about the product and participate in competitive buying.
* Provides support with social media accounts on new product launches and campaigns.
* Develop and manage the Online Shop while also being innovative with regards to marketing campaigns.
* Deliver a customer service experience to optimize and exceed sales targets, profitability and customer satisfaction in conjunction with the Online Retail stock.
* Manage payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.
* Organize and dispatch daily customer orders. Manage refunds and returned items.
* Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensure effective communication is taken and maintain customer service levels
* Carry out duties to help support the company mission statement and core values
* Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
