Patient Financial Services Representative - CBO
Job Details:
Proactively and aggressively resolves assigned accounts receivables. Meets individual quality and quantity performance goals and expectation. Assists the department in meeting performance goals.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 3-5 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Cerner; Medical terminology; Health Information System & Health Records Systems; Knowledge of Internet; Electronic Billing Systems; MIDAS. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. This position is located at our Timonium facility.
