Job Description Fast-paced company seeking Customer Service Representative that can work in a fast paced office environment and is able to provide excellent customer service. This person should have outstanding telephone demeanor, computer skills, be reliable and able to work until 9 PM some weeknights. Responsibilities: Answer calls and respond to emails Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email Research required information using database Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Enter new customer information into system and update existing customer information Identify and escalate priority issues Document all call information according to standard operating procedures Able to clear queues making a minimum of 150 calls per day Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent Proficient in relevant computer applications Required language proficiency Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Knowledge of call center telephony and technology Experience in a call center or customer service environment Data entry and typing skills Verbal and written communication skills Listening skills Problem analysis and problem solving Customer service and people skills Organizational skills Attention to detail Adaptability Team work Stress tolerance Resilience Company Description First Street Management is a collection of diversified businesses, at the center of which is a proprietary consumer credit restoration company with over 100 employees, located in the Hunt Valley, MD area.
