Excellent customer service and effective communication skills required. Excellent listening, troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills desired with the ability to resolve conflict effectively. Utilize online customer policies to provide accurate answers while navigating through multiple computer, business, and web applications proficiently while engaged in inbound telephone calls handling customer requests. Calls require explaining policy and answering customer questions and requests, resolving their product and service concerns efficiently and professionally. Function comfortably in a fast-paced performance based call center environment where incoming calls are monitored, recorded and assessed for quality performance. Strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking skills a necessity. Self-starter with ability to work independently. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education High School Diploma or GED required. Experience and Required Knowledge/Certifications 1+ years' customer service work experience required. Skills and Abilities Excellent customer service and communication skills. The ability to build strong working relationships based on mutual trust at all levels in the organization. Considers and appropriately incorporates perspectives from others. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office suite to include Word, Outlook and Excel.
