PLEASE NOTE: This is a passive job posting (There is no current job opening). The purpose of this posting is to collect resumes for an upcoming Call Center project (10-20 new reps will be hired). Process Candidate Applies IF qualified, a Recruiter with reach out with the next steps and talk about the upcoming project Project Duration 12-24 Month Contract High performing candidates will be extended beyond the initial contract, and have the ability to convert to a full-time employee Compensation: Base Rate: $16/hr W2 (for all hours worked up to and including 40 per week) Overtime Rate: $24/hr W2 (for all hours worked beyond 40 per week ) Benefits (Health coverage, 401(k), etc.) Work Location Selected candidates should be comfortable working out of the following locations: Baltimore, MD 21244 Baltimore, MD, 21202 Baltimore MD, 21230 Schedule Typically, a 40+ hour position between 7am-7pm, Monday through Friday May be required to work 12-hour shifts during storm duty On-Call Schedule Will be scheduled on a primary and secondary on-call schedule. This responsibility will rotate through 8 "groups" When the resource is scheduled for on-call duty, the manager sees a "high likelihood" of being activated. The on-call schedule would essentially be mandatory overtime. Time Off New CSR's should not expect to receive any time off for about the first two months. Please make sure this is something you are comfortable with. Primary Responsibilities Handle inbound calls to the call center related to a variety of call categories (emergency, service changes, billing, etc.) Required Skills At least 1 year of experience within a Call Center environment within the past 2 years (This is non-negotiable) Experience with MS Office and MS Excel proficiency Comfortable multi-tasking within several web applications and software programs simultaneously Excellent professional communication skills Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) nTech is an equal opportunity employer.
