Job Summary

The System Administrator & IT Support Specialist will work closely with project team members to setup new accounts, configure and administer laptops, setup and configure VPN accounts and provide general IT support activities.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for all technical issues.
Image, configure, and deploy laptops to employees.
New employee technical onboarding.
Management of PC inventory and lifecycle.
Create and manage Office365, and 3rd party accounts.
Support headquarters equipment and conference room A/V equipment.
Office365 configuration and support including Exchange.
Support SharePoint Online sites, permissions, and troubleshoot issues.
Centralized antivirus management, monitoring, and deployment.
Windows Server patching.
Monitor and maintain server backups.
Monitor server infrastructure.
Assist in compliance audits of infrastructure.
Deploying, troubleshooting and monitoring of 3rd party applications and services.
Deploying servers and systems as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

5+ years of systems administration
Ability to administer user accounts for corporate and project team members
Ability to administer laptops configuration
Ability to provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support for corporate and project team members
U.S. citizen or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship
