Job Description As a Software Support Analyst, your primary role will be to troubleshoot and solve issues for several software packages including payments, retail point of sale, shipping, and e-commerce. To be qualified for this role, you should have relevant experience in implementing or providing support for at least one of the following software platform types: ERP, accounting, retail, shipping, payment processing, or the equivalent. This role requires a person who is professional, solution focused, and a self-starter. Clients will come to trust and rely on you to help them achieve success in business critical, time sensitive situations. Responsibilities and Opportunities As a valued part of our team, you will: · Provide tier II support to partners and customers · Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues involving ChargeLogic software · Clearly identify and communicate solutions and provide resolution to client’s satisfaction within reasonable timeframes · Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal resources in a timely manner · Leverage internal resources such as documentation, knowledge base, videos, etc. to troubleshoot and resolve issues · Properly document all support interactions using internal systems · Provide product and implementation training for ChargeLogic’s products · Document technical knowledge, processes, and information in the knowledge base or other mediums · Remain current on product changes and updates · Report product defects and provide feedback for product improvement · Maintain professional and friendly relationships with clients and team members · Some travel may be required for onsite software and hardware implementation Requirements There are a few requirements that will really help you thrive at ChargeLogic: · Five plus years of proven work experience providing enterprise level software support for B2B customers · Familiarity with help desk software and remote desktop applications · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills · A passion for helping others · Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities · Experience working with accounting, retail, or ERP applications · Hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or equivalent applications · Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing · The desire to build a positive rapport with clients · Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment · Must possess personal entrepreneurial attributes—meaning you don’t need to be hand held—and must be excited about going above and beyond to help out your team Additional Skills a Plus · Ability to troubleshoot in Dynamics NAV using debugger tools · Strong knowledge of ChargeLogic software · Strong knowledge of warehouse operations in Dynamics NAV or equivalent · Expertise in the Dynamics NAV Sales & Receivables and Financial modules or equivalent Company Description ChargeLogic is the leader in providing PCI-compliant software and services integrated with Microsoft Dynamics.
