Publishing Services, an Agora company, is seeking a Sr. Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) who will represent our Client Services department of Publishing Services and be responsible for driving and overseeing successful relationships with our Domestic Affiliates. In this role you will serve as a leader and point of contact of escalations from our domestic affiliates, ensuring consistency with communications across our clients. You will be tasked with understanding the business and identifying gaps in communications, then work hard to promote collaboration among teams. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, flexible team player, thrive in a dynamic and challenging, yet fun environment. In addition you will mentor and guide other members of the Client Services team and assist the Director in reviews and performance assessments of the team.
The Sr. ARM will report to the Director, Global Client Service.
Responsibilities
Understanding the affiliate
:Mentor and guide other Affiliate Relationship Managers that work with our Domestic affiliates.
:Develop a thorough knowledge of affiliates business including marketing strategies, products used, services, offers, operational processes, and customer service needs
:Establish and maintain a relationship of trust. Act a as true extension and partner to the affiliate within Pub Services and elsewhere in Agora
:Identify and meet regularly with key players at the affiliate. Schedule one:on:one or specified meetings outside of the regularly scheduled meetings to deepen relationships and further conversations
:Keep team on track with deadlines and escalate concerns to Director
:Demonstrate an understanding for the organizational structure of an affiliate. Understand pain points and if they are related to Publishing Services, other Agora services, or are internal to the affiliate
:Work with and listen carefully to the affiliate to understand desired results
:Identify how to best engage that particular affiliate with opportunities or collaboration efforts
Within Publishing Services
:Develop a working knowledge of Publishing Services systems and processes and how they integrate and impact each other
:Build trusted relationships within Pub Services teams
:Partner with Publishing Services departments to continually add efficiencies to the day: to:day processes with the common goal of increasing affiliate satisfaction
:Help Pub Services teams understand underlying goals or issues as related to an affiliate
:Push relevant affiliate information within Pub Services
:Be a resource for Pub Services teams for anything affiliate related. Help navigate sensitive or negative scenarios.
Qualifications
:Excellent communicator and client relationship builder
:Excellent written communications and presentation skills
:Ability to lead meetings with both authority and influence with high energy
:Strong collaboration capabilities
:5+ years in a client:facing position with 8+ years of experience in publishing, direct marketing or related fields
:2:3 years of experience as a Senior or Lead
:Charismatic, engaging personality and confident
:Passion for forming and driving successful client relationships
:Strong business acumen
:Ability to work well under pressure and balance competing tasks
:Demonstrated success with supporting clients at all different levels
:Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills
:Team player able to work across many different departm
