General Summary/Purpose The Sr. Administrative Coordinator will report directly to the Administrative Manager to assist faculty members of the Neuroradiology team and provide administrative support to the office. The incumbent will provide primary administrative/office support to the Director of Neuroradiology and the clinical faculty. This position requires attention to detail, flexibility, excellent computer skills, a high level of independent thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Specific Duties/Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Neuroradiology Director and all Clinical Faculty Members Maintain licenses information available and CME activities for the Clinical faculty, provide support for the renewal. Coordinate quarterly development events for the office of Development, organize rooms and food, coordinate talks, materials and presenters. Reconciliation of the CPP accounts, keep track of expenditures in limit with the allocation Coordinate events and meetings, Process invoices and payments Keep information organize and provide when needed for credentialing and re credentialing process Keep track of all CME activities Process reimbursements Coordinate travel arraignments Answer phones, take messages and greet guests Coordinate all print material associated with the events. Order supplies Other projects as assigned Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. Five years related experience. Additional education can be substituted for experience. * JHU Equivalency Formula: 30 undergraduate degree credits (semester hours) or 18 graduate degree credits may substitute for one year of experience. For jobs where equivalency is permitted, up to two years of non-related college course work may be applied towards the total minimum education/experience required for the respective job. * Preferred Qualifications Ability to work independently, manage projects and determine priorities, and to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage more than one project simultaneously. Strong computer literacy skills (specifically, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and the ability to learn new software applications. Excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This may include documentation of having two (2) MMR vaccines; two (2) Varicella vaccines; or antibody status to these diseases from laboratory testing. Blood tests for immunities to these diseases are ordinarily included in the pre-employment physical exam except for those employees who provide results of blood tests or immunization documentation from their own health care providers.
