If you're looking for a rewarding work environment that will challenge your mind and expand your horizons, then joining the FEi team may be right for you.Job Summary: Reception: Answer phones/screen calls/take messages/greet clients/visitorsPrincipal Responsibilities* Reception: Answer phones, screen calls, take messages, greet and badge clients/visitors/vendors* Communicate with employees/clients/vendors (via email, face-to-face, and in meetings) as needed* Efficiently schedule meetings and create minutes, as needed* Prepare for meetings (including logistics such as scheduling rooms, ordering meals, set up and clean-up of meals)* Replenish supplies for our Columbia facilities as needed (Office Supplies, bathroom, kitchen)* Proactively notify Accounting related to status of supplies/need to order additional supplies* Prepare written documents, spreadsheets, presentations, agendas, expense reports, etc. as directed by other administrative staff* Willingly help troubleshoot/resolve issues (such as scheduling conflicts, conference call issues, etc.)* Perform all general office administrative/support duties, as assignedQualificationsRequired:* High energy level, experienced client/customer service skills* Reliable, good attend* A positive attitude and attention to detail* Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to communicate effectively* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and the Office Suite of products* Strong knowledge of the internet and email* Ability to work as part of a team* Self-directed with initiative and drive to achieve successful results on their own.* Good time management and multi-tasking skills are needed* Ability to maintain confidentiality* High school diploma, prefer college educationPreferred:* College degree* One to two years of administrative experiencePrimary Location: United States-Maryland-Columbia Full-time position with full company benefitsNOTICE: EO/AA/VEVRAA/Disabled Employer - Federal Contractor.
