Downtown Baltimore accounting firm seeking experienced, dependable individual with a professional appearance/demeanor to join our team as a receptionist. As our "air traffic controller," you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality, and must work well under pressure. Full benefits, including parking. Salary commensurate with experience. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: MS Office Suite Answer multi-line, multi-office phone system, announce calls and/or transfer to appropriate voice mail. Greet clients and guests in a positive, polite, and professional manner. Process mail, prepare FedEx and courier packages. Maintain conference room reservations. Send/receive faxes. Extended hours during tax season. Minimum of 3 years experience answering a multi-line phone system Experience working in a professional services firm Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word, Excel
