JOB OVERVIEW Position: Administrative Assistant (Paid on Thursday)Location: Baltimore, MD management officeWork Hours: 8:30AM - 5PM (Monday-Friday) weekends off . DUTIES: Our full-time Administrative Assistant plays a key role to the success of our organization by succeeding at the following:Greet and assist onsite guests.Answer inbound telephone calls.Develop and implement organized filing systems.Perform all other office tasks. . REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma or GEDPrevious experience in customer service or related fields.Presentation Skills.Fantastic communication skills.
