JOB SUMMARY:Purchasing ManagerThe Purchasing Manager is responsible for the day to day purchasing functions involving raw material, supplies, packaging, inventory and all consumable goods within the plant. Primary duties are to effectively manage the entire purchasing function including a team of direct reports.Additional information will be shared with the qualified candidate.Essential Functions include: Plan material requirements, generate purchase orders, follow up with vendors, evaluate prices, and maintain appropriate inventory levels and vendor records. Manage a team of 3 direct reports Responsible for daily and weekly usage reporting. Must have Microsoft office experience..
