As the Office Assistant, you will provide high:level administrative support to the office and members of the management team. If you have excellent data entry skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy and enjoy working in a fast:paced environment, you should apply The ideal candidate will have demonstrated effectiveness using superior judgment, diplomacy and independence. Candidates should have strong administrative and organizational skills and ability to deal effectively with tight deadlines while maintaining balance among multiple priorities. In addition, you must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, standard office equipment, and multiline telephone systems.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
:Responsible for maintaining office filing and record keeping systems, including maintenance of excel based databases
:Keeps track of inventory including office supplies, kitchen supplies, and any other miscellaneous supplies needed by coworkers and creates purchase requisitions for supply orders
:Produces letters, memos, spreadsheets, and agendas from straight copy, rough draft, or oral instructions
:Answers inquiries from staff and directs customers to appropriate resources; conveys information both orally and in writing
:Light housekeeping of shared office areas
:Coordinates and prepares for meetings, weekly lunches and office celebrations by assisting with planning, reservations, and confirmations
:Assists in other departments as needed and other duties as assigned.
:Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment,
:High energy with a sense of urgency, attention to detail, creative thinker with a professional attitude
:Ability to take proper initiative and follow:though with projects
:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and members of management
:High School diploma/GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
:Minimum of three (3) or more years of related experience required
