Job Description Financial Services Administrative Assistant A close-knit dynamic independent financial planning office with a large national independent broker dealer is looking to add a qualified individual who is positive and outgoing to their team. This individual will work closely with the two Principals and office manager. Ideal Qualifications: A college degree with 2 years minimum experience in the financial services arena Must be a self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize workload Strong technology skills, including website and social media knowledge Excellent administrative and organizational skills Must take initiative and be willing to take on new tasks Specific Duties: Answering the telephone and maintaining the schedules of the CEO & President Day to day interaction with our clients and assisting them in servicing their accounts Opening and processing new accounts Maintaining our contact management system There are excellent growth opportunities in our office.
