Job Description:/h3:
Fast:paced Glen Burnie law firm needs a receptionist/phone operator for 40 hour week.
Hours are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mon. to Thurs. and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Fri.
Responsibilities:
: Responsible for answering multi:phone lines, routing calls to appropriate offices
: Filing and maintaining current/closed client files
: Copying documents
: Distributing incoming faxes
: Greet clients, lawyers, and executives as they walk into the office
: Arranging, scheduling and updating appointment calendars
: Provide assistance in sorting incoming mail, as well as in processing outgoing mail
: Ensure reception area is neat and tidy
: Take and relay messages to specific individuals.
: Provide support to paralegals, the office manager, and other staff members, for the smooth and professional operation of the office.
Salary commensurate with experience. Health, dental and retirement offered.
