Job Description Provide high-level administrative support by preparing management reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Essential Functions: 1. Provide general administrative support to members of Sr. Leadership 2. Prepare reports, letters and other documents, using Microsoft Office 3. Create and maintain spreadsheets using excel 4. Oversee service variance validation process 5. Assist with service pricing analysis 6. Assist with service benchmark analysis 7. Assist with aspects of recruiting and onboarding of new employees 8. Prepare presentations for various meetings using power point 9. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for corporate, manager and branch meetings including scheduling 10. Retrieve and/or respond to incoming calls, messages 11. Manage and maintain executives calendars 12. Assist with the planning and coordination of upcoming company events (holiday, company picnic, promotional dinners) 13. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports 14. Make travel arrangements as needed Required Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) 1. Clerical knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as email/calendaring (Outlook), managing files and records, and other office procedures 2. Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word and Power Point 3. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills; ability to organize and prioritize 4. Strong oral and written communication skills 5. Strong analytical ability 5. Discretion and confidentiality are crucial 6. Excellent organization skills 7. Extremely detail-oriented; ability to produce accurate and timely reports 8. Strong decision making ability and judgment 9. Professional and courteous demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills Required Education and Experience: 1. High School diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred 2.
