Job Description The Office of the President at Loyola University Maryland seeks an experienced, ambitious, and adaptable administrative professional to provide executive assistance to the President and a Vice President of the University. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Executive Assistant will serve as the principal point of contact for all visitors and communications within an active executive's office, coordinate scheduling and travel for the University's two senior executives (and other leadership as required), and provide day-to-day administrative support for projects and tasks related to the University's executive leadership and strategic direction.
