We are looking to hire a Data Entry Operator/Administrative Assistant for a client in Baltimore. This is a first shift position with hours from 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The ideal person will have demonstrated experience with:-Data Entry with MS Word and Excel. Must have basic knowledge of automobiles (ie year, make, model)-General car knowledge (year, make, model)Must be willing to work in a junkyard/salvaged parts environment. Job RequirementsThe ideal person for the job will have the following:--Knowledge of Alpha Numeric Data Entry-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)-Be proficient in handling mail and e-mail filing, -Possess the ability to create folders with cover letters-Must be organized Experience in an administrative/receptionist setting and previous experience in a Data Entry role is a plus.
