Part-time, Entry Level AP Data Entry/Customer Service - Baltimore based Company is seeking a Part-time, Entry Level Data Entry/Customer Service employee who has some knowledge of Accounts Payable procedures. Duties include, but are not limited to: Entry of vendor invoices, answering of multi-line phone, order entry, customer service, filing and other general office duties. Candidate must be people oriented, and have excellent Communication, Organizational, Analytical and Attention to detail skills. Knowledge of multi-line phone system, 10-key calculator and Microsoft Office are required. We are seeking someone who is flexible, has a positive attitude, is a team player, and is willing to learn and grow with our company.
