We are looking for a personable, dependable, and hard-working individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment. Candidate must be able to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidate must have: * Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly * Excellent organizational skills * Attention to detail * The ability to learn and work independently * Strong customer service skills * The ability to work under pressure * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Effective multi-tasking skills Preferred Skills: * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite * Real Estate or Property Management Experience Starting pay will be between $12 and $15 per hour. This will be a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. General job description: The selected employee will work under the direct supervision of the Business Manager (operations manager) with a primary focus on contract compliance. Other secondary duties will include administrative tasks, customer service for our associates/clients, and assisting with the day-to- day office activities and operations.
