Key Kleaning Service is a fire and water damage restoration company and we are looking for someone to fill a full time position for Claim Coordinator/ Administrative Assistant. Anyone with experience in the restoration industry or with programs such as Contractor Connection, Alacrity, Xactimate/ Xactanalysis, or Symbility will be considered above other applicants, but we are absolutely willing to train the right person. Job duties will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, typing estimates/ invoices for insurance companies, managing claim files, and general admin tasks such as filing, etc. Hours are Monday- Friday from 8 am- 4:30 pm. Rate of pay would be between $14-$16/ hr to start, based on experience. The ideal candidate would be skilled in Microsoft Office, have ability to multi-task, have strong verbal communication skills and ability to adapt in an ever changing industry. You also must have a clean criminal background- we work directly for insurance companies and we (as well as the companies we do work for) absolutely run background checks. We are looking for someone who is very customer service oriented and who is comfortable with a small business atmosphere.
