Administrative assistant, Arbutus area. Well established 30 year insurance restoration company has immediate opening for person to handle wide range of administrative duties to include, receiving homeowner PC claims, contacting homeowners, scheduling service, uploading claims, data and estimates, scheduling follow-up service, communicating with homeowners, insurance adjusters and service crews. Deposits and payroll. Ideal candidate will have previous experience working with insurance companies or construction companies, property casuality estimating experience and experience working with Xactinate software program. Salary commensurate with experience plus benefits. Hours 8 to 5 Monday through Friday.
