~~Administrative Assistant and Program Coordinator (depending on experience) for a large and historic Reform synagogue in Owings Mills, Maryland. The successful candidate will have proven professional experience, working effectively in small teams and independently, excellent verbal and written communication skills and administrative support and program coordination experience. Responsibilities: Providing administrative support and program coordination in member relations, event management, vendor services, fundraising and in the general operations of a synagogue. Supporting and working in partnership, as directed by the Temple Administrator, with administrative staff, clergy, volunteers and all colleagues. Production of weekly reports/lists and publications, creating/sending Congregational email blasts and mailings, document preparation for meetings, updating of records, customer service, event promotion/PR, letter writing, appointment setting/calendar maintenance, B'nai Mitzvah scheduling and organizing. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Communication, interpersonal skills, mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, organization, time management, multi-tasking, proven ability to work collaboratively and independently.
