Key Responsibilities: Foster customer loyalty through each and every interaction with a client. Accurately enter and monitor all job setups, purchase orders, contacts. Recognize and be proactive in updating. Manage the Living Roof Stewardship visitation schedule. Field dispatch with crew during Stewardship season (March-November). Assist Manager in solving issues. Follow-up to prevent future problems. Manage maintenance records and schedules for the entire Furbish vehicle fleet. Fastidiously keep client contacts and distribution lists up to date. Assist Stewardship Manager in monitoring, drafting, sending, and tracking status of contract renewals. Maintain consistent digital and paper files for each project. Visit 10% of our portfolio green roofs at least once per year. Learn the systems and plants. Understand, use, and seek to improve/streamline the technologies/software Furbish uses regularly including MS Suite, FileMaker, Google.
