Financial Coordinator
Job Details:
Coordinates the daily billing activities of assigned department, works independently to maintain consistent workflow of all billing activities, and serves as a liaison between the Professional Billing Office, physicians and third party payers.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 1-3 years experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
